BioInfoWeb System

The Bioinfoweb is an automated pipeline to extract and integrate literature and public database information about genes of specific interest to macrophage biologists with data and overviews generated within our group. The pipeline includes connections to information about transcription start sites and promoter architecture generated in collaboration with the FANTOM consortium.

External groups may obtain permission to create new entries in the Bioinfoweb, and upload specific information pertaining to those genes, by contacting either Macrophage BioInfoWeb Administrator or Macrophage BioInfoWeb Supervisor
