Bioinfoweb portal

The Bioinfoweb is a gene-centric automated pipeline to extract, integrate and visualise various publicly available data with a focus on transcriptomics data. This portal provides the tools for rapid promoter analysis studies based on a comprehensive set of CAGE-derived transcription start site (TSS) sequences in human and mouse genomes as generated by the Functional Annotation of Mammalian genomes (FANTOM) projects initiated by the RIKEN Omics Science Center. The web application supports genomic data for human and mouse with a view to extend the portal with additional species depending on users' interest and data availability.

Description of the bioinfoweb portal is available in a recently published review on the macrophages.com resource in the Journal of Immunobiology. If you are using bioinfoweb portal or any other content in macrophages.com, please cite this reference.

Web application and supported data updates
